Communications/ Marketing/ PR Coordinator

We are a boutique communication agency with a new communications/ marketing/ pr opportunity in Columbus, Ohio. This position will interact with various projects, supporting internal and external clients.

Responsibilities/ Qualifications/ Play a Role

• Attention to detail
• Verbal, writing, and organizational skills
• Build, schedule, post, and monitor social content
• Build analytic and insight reports
• Draft and pitch media advisories and news releases to media outlets
• Distribute news releases using wire distribution services
• Develop and maintain media lists
• Write articles and related content about programs and services
• Focus on SEO and keywords driving search engine rankings
• Collaborate with the team to support content campaign strategies
• Assist team with key initiative public awareness activities
• The ability to follow systems and work efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social channels

Our headquarters office is in Central Florida, with a work-from-location and Managing Director in Columbus, Ohio.

This position is 3 days per week in office, Tuesday - Thursday, 8:30 - 5:15. We offer competitive benefits, holidays, and paid time off.
