About the Role

Ashley Hughes-Jefferson Consulting LLC is seeking a part-time Business Development & Growth Coordinator to actively support and execute business growth initiatives across technology consulting, artificial intelligence, SaaS, education technology, training, and professional services.

This position combines business development, sales, opportunity development, partnerships, grants and contracts, prospect outreach, and growth execution.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, comfortable communicating with prospective clients and partners, and capable of helping move opportunities from initial identification through development, pursuit, follow-up, and potential conversion.

This is not solely an administrative position. The selected contractor will have an active role in helping Ashley Hughes-Jefferson Consulting LLC identify, develop, pursue, and convert business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include

• Research and identify prospective clients, organizations, partners, and business opportunities
• Conduct professional B2B prospecting and outreach
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners
• Participate in business-development and sales strategy
• Identify opportunities to generate consulting, technology, SaaS, training, and professional-services revenue
• Qualify prospective clients, leads, and business opportunities
• Conduct prospect follow-up and help advance opportunities through the business-development pipeline
• Participate in prospective-client conversations, presentations, and meetings as assigned
