About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to manage and grow our restaurant’s online presence. This position will focus on increasing digital orders, customer engagement, local visibility, and restaurant revenue across online ordering platforms, Google, social media, and our website.

Responsibilities

• Manage Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and other delivery platforms.
• Maintain and optimize website, online ordering, menus, pricing, photos, and promotions.
• Manage Google Business Profile, Google Maps, and local SEO.
• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and social media.
• Develop digital promotions to increase orders, customer traffic, and revenue.
• Monitor customer reviews, messages, and online reputation.
• Track digital sales, website traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and ROI.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, restaurant marketing, hospitality, or e-commerce.
• Experience with third-party delivery platforms and online ordering systems.
• Strong knowledge of social media, Google Business Profile, local SEO, and paid advertising.
• Experience creating content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance data.
• Creative, organized, self-motivated, and focused on measurable results.
• Restaurant or local-business marketing experience strongly preferred.
