Position Overview

The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing Amthor International's overall marketing and branding strategy.

This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on creativity, digital marketing expertise, and strong knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of marketing initiatives, work closely with executive leadership and sales teams, and oversee outside marketing agencies while independently developing and executing marketing projects.

We are looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, embraces technology, and has the initiative to turn creative concepts into measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand recognition and support company growth.
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, promotional materials, product literature, and company communications.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and sales teams to support business development initiatives.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Innovation

• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with AI-powered marketing and creative tools.
• Utilize AI for content creation, graphic design, photo and video editing, advertising, and marketing presentations.
• Identify and implement AI technologies that improve productivity, creativity, and marketing efficiency.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics to evaluate campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative marketing solutions.
• Ensure AI-generated content meets company standards for accuracy, quality, branding, and confidentiality.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Manage the company's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop engaging content highlighting products, manufacturing capabilities, employees, and company achievements.
• Coordinate photography, video production, product walkarounds, and other multimedia content.
• Oversee website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising initiatives.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Sales Support, CRM & Customer Engagement

• Work closely with sales and Business Development Executives to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
• Create professional sales presentations, product materials, and customer communications.
• Support lead generation, customer retention, and new business development.

Trade Shows & Agency Management

• Coordinate marketing initiatives for national and regional trade shows, company events, and product launches.
• Oversee booth branding, promotional materials, and pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns.
• Serve as the primary liaison with outside marketing agencies and creative vendors.
• Manage marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables.

Marketing Performance & Accountability

• Develop and maintain an annual marketing plan, calendar, and budget.
• Establish measurable marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular reports to executive leadership on marketing performance, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing results, increase efficiency, and maximize return on investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing, branding, or digital marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) tools in marketing, content creation, and creative development.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, branding, and marketing strategy.
• Experience with graphic design, photography, video editing, and creative marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Experience managing outside marketing agencies and vendors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results.
• Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or B2B marketing preferred.
