Digital Marketing Coordinator

1) Job position - Marketing & Design Coordinator (Full time)

2) Job Description - Amazon (FBA/FBM Operations):

• Process orders and returns, handle customer inquiries
• Monitor and analyze product performance, pricing, and promotions
• Coordinate FBA shipments with the warehouse
• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
• Develop and upload A+ Content with designers
• Implement review strategies and manage monthly deals and pricing audits

Website (WooCommerce Platform)

• Support order processing and inventory alignment
• Analyze sales data and manage product visibility
• Respond to customer emails and calls professionally
• Audit website content, functionality, and performance
• Work with vendors to improve KPIs and site effectiveness
• Lead weekly marketing meetings and reporting
• Assist with onboarding new sales channels (e.g., marketplaces, affiliates)

3) Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce coordination
• Proficient with Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM) and WooCommerce
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing dashboards and analytics tools
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience coordinating with third-party service providers, designers, and agencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
