B2B Digital Marketing Generalist

Position Overview

We're looking for a well-rounded marketing professional with experience in B2B marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels (websites, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of managing projects that range from website updates and social media campaigns to email marketing, content creation, and graphic design.

This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, communicate effectively in a remote environment, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and brand awareness efforts
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Update content on WordPress websites
• Create and edit landing pages
• Develop and schedule social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Create engaging posts that align with client goals and brand standards
• Monitor engagement and provide recommendations for improvement
• Format emails using platforms such as HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
• Design consistently branded marketing collateral, flyers, and digital assets
• Use data to support marketing recommendations and decision-making

REQUIRED Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional digital marketing experience
• Proven experience in B2B marketing
• Strong understanding of content marketing, email marketing, social media, and lead generation
• Experience managing and updating WordPress websites
• Proficiency with Canva
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO and AEO
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience creating landing pages
