Associate Growth Marketing Manager

Seeking a high-energy marketer to create and distribute the content that builds My-Take's brand awareness and generates leads, while supporting a targeted outbound sales motion. The individual will work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing and co-founder to produce and distribute thought leadership content and drive personalized sales outreach. The position is fast-paced and will require strong writing and fast decision-making skills.

My-Take is a Greater Boston-based company whose primary product/service is delivering consumer insight through online communities. Communities allow brands to instantly attain feedback and ideas from hundreds or thousands of target consumers on an ongoing basis. My-Take works with a wide range of companies, including several of the Fortune 500, and has been named a GRIT Innovative Supplier in Market Research for six consecutive years.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish thought leadership articles, press releases, and platform launch content
• Repurpose existing content and research into additional blog articles, social posts, short videos, etc
• Create graphics to support campaigns
• Pitch and place articles with industry directories and trade publications
• Identify new content opportunities and help drive the strategies behind them
• Develop and execute the social media strategy for the company page and leadership's personal pages
• Build the social content calendar in partnership with the Associate Director of Marketing, and produce the posts that fill it
• Grow the company's social audience and engagement
• Build detailed and curated target prospect lists, and maintain a prioritized outreach queue for sales
• Sync with sales to track outreach results and improve list targeting over time
• Report on content, social, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, and adjust the approach based on what performs
