Position Summary

The Communications and Marketing Associate drives strategic and project execution for Converge Strategies' communications and events functions across a fast-moving, multi-project environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator who can shape event strategy and logistics, manage a digital presence that reflects the firm's professionalism, and own work plans from kickoff to completion. This person will juggle multiple workstreams, engage internal and external stakeholders, and deliver a high-quality experience for everyone who interacts with the firm.

The Associate will collaborate closely with the Communications and Marketing team and work across the full breadth of Converge Strategies' project and business development activity. CSL offers a fully remote or hybrid working environment with a supportive culture dedicated to maintaining a sustainable, balanced workweek.
