We are a fast paced local insurance agency looking for a reliable, creative, and detail oriented person to join our team. This part time role will provide administrative support for our growing business. Daily tasks will include answering phones, data collection, data entry, & account maintenance. This role will also be responsible for creating and managing our social media content and branding efforts. This is an in office position and not a remote capable role. Insurance licensing is not required for this role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year office experience required
• Must be computer & technology savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly

o Must be proficient with Microsoft systems

o Heavy usage of Excel & Adobe Acrobat

• Must be able to type well, use proper grammar, & accurate spelling
• Fast Learner & great note taker
• Highly detail oriented
• Creative mind and design capabilities
