Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency (Part-Time, Remote, Path to Full-Time)

We're a lean team of 7, and we're hiring an Account Manager to own day-to-day client communication so the rest of the team can stay focused on delivering results.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
• Communicate campaign performance, wins, and next steps clearly and proactively
• Coordinate with media buyers and the internal team to keep clients informed
• Monitor account health and flag issues before they become problems
• Help clients understand their full marketing picture — not just ad performance, but funnel and follow-up too

What we're looking for

• Fluent English required (US-based accent), excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience running or managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (hands-on campaign experience — you won't be launching campaigns in this role, but you need to understand how they work)
• Prior experience as an Account Manager at a marketing or advertising agency strongly preferred
• Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM, and/or funnel buildi
