Duties

• Assist in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and live selling
• Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite tools to enhance brand storytelling
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
• Support content creation efforts by writing captivating posts, proofreading for accuracy, and ensuring alignment with branding guidelines
• Manage social media scheduling and posting through platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer to maintain consistent online presence
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO best practices, keyword research, and e-commerce initiatives to boost online visibility
• Create and Maintain a social media deliverable calendar, Live selling Calendar, Posting calendar
• Keep Madison informed on brand and trend updates.
• Will be a potential shift coverage for a retail location based on the request of Madison Hall.
