• Main KPIs:
• First-Time QA Pass Rate: percentage of development tasks (user stories, features, tickets) that pass QA without requiring rework or major revisions. Target: ≥ 90%. Why it matters: demonstrates code quality, attention to requirements, and effectiveness of developer testing prior to QA.
• Technical SEO Health: percentage of active client websites meeting baseline technical SEO standards, benchmarked by Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data, and indexing health. Baseline and target to be set within the first 90 days.
• Full/Part-time: Full time
• Work schedule: Set daily schedule where at least 4 hours each day are during business hours (9 am – 5 pm Arizona time). Exact work hours TBD.

II. About This Role

The Website Developer (Beaver Builder & Technical SEO) owns the full lifecycle of our client websites: building fully custom WordPress sites from scratch using Beaver Builder and basic PHP, building landing pages, and making front-end content, layout, plugin, and functionality updates, plus the technical and infrastructure side of our web work, including hosting, DNS, analytics and tracking, technical SEO and schema, integrations and automations, and compliance tooling (cookie/accessibility).

This role was previously split across two positions. Bringing build/front-end and technical SEO back under one owner means one person is accountable for how a site looks, how it performs, and how it ranks, with no handoff gap in between.
