Job Summary The Follow Project needs a Volunteer Social Media Content Scheduler to repurpose long-form teaching into 35–90 second Scripture-centered clips, and scheduling tools, and maintain a consistent publishing calendar. This unpaid, remote role combines creative short-form editing with organized scheduling across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Using Opus Clips - the most cohesive Identify 35–90 second complete thoughts from long-form teaching
• short-form clips are created with Opus Clips (required) and/or video tools ) with captions/overlays following brand templates
• Use Ai to help - Write concise SEO-aware titles and captions and prepare platform-ready assets (thumbnail text, pin variants)
• Schedule posts using Metricool and track publishing in Notion/Google Sheets
• Provide weekly content queues and flag standout moments for founder approval before publishing

Requirements

• Proficient in short form video and graphic creation (required)
• Comfortable with Metricool (or willing to learn), Notion, and Google Docs
• Strong written skill for captions and platform-appropriate copy
• Able to commit ~5–10 hours/week for at least 4–6 months
• Preferred: familiarity with YouTube Studio scheduling and TikTok/Instagram best practices; background in faith-based communications.
