We’re looking for an experienced Vice President of Growth to help lead the next stage of our expansion!

JEM is growing fast and committed to your future. Since 2022, we are currently at 16 clubs in 4 states (Virginia, Wisconsin, Illinois and California) and set a goal to open 75 new gyms by 2032.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Growth is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and scalable business expansion across the organization. This role oversees the Growth Department, including sales, new gym opening operations, corporate sales, and retail performance, while leading key strategic initiatives that support the company’s continued growth. As a member of the leadership team, the VP of Growth develops and executes growth strategies, builds high-performing teams, and implements systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency without compromising the company’s culture or member experience. The ideal candidate is an influential leader with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment and successfully navigate evolving business priorities.
