Our clients Talent Marketing team applies performance-marketing rigor to talent acquisition, attracting and converting top candidates the way we market to customers. We're hiring a Talent Marketing Specialist to own event marketing and Indeed sourcing campaigns for our clients CP2E (Connecting People to Experts). *This is a marketing role, not a recruiting role.* You'll bring GTM strategy, paid media management, and data-driven campaign optimization to build candidate pipelines at scale. You will plan, architect, and execute high-impact events (virtual and in person) and Indeed Sourcing campaigns to hire top talent globally. Unlike traditional recruiting roles, this position requires a strategic and data-driven marketer. The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate marketer with experience executing effective marketing campaigns and programs.

As an Talent Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute GTM-style campaigns across events and Indeed sourcing to drive candidate consideration and improve lead-to-hire conversion.
• Paid Media & Sourcing: Define strategies, audience targeting, flighting, manage paid media budget and bids for Indeed, and continuously test and optimize campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Event Marketing: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of virtual and in-person events – event production from design, set up/logistics, communications with cross functional partners, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
• Data & Analytics: Consolidate performance data from various sources to analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies, and delivering clear recommendations.
• Testing & Optimization: Run A/B testing strategies and data-driven insights to continuously refine messaging and creative
