We are looking for a Sr. Product Director to join our team to improve and integrate new product and revenue opportunities with our merchant partners, and drive cross-functional execution within Shopping. This Product Director will have a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), or built automations using AI agents. Role Description

In this role, you will be a key driver of business growth - owning all aspects of the team, technology, and tooling that onboards and activates merchant relationships across Shopping’s suite of product experiences:

• Work directly with engineering in an individual contributor and cross-functional leadership capacity to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences
• Manage the day-to-day operations and engineering execution of directly owned and supporting teams to iteratively launch and test new experiences
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exhibiting data and market backed judgment from ideatio
