Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in high-end beauty, luxury wellness, or med-spa marketing. You will lead our short-form video creation, social media management, and local influencer campaigns.

This role starts as a part-time/project-based position, with a direct, fast-track path to a permanent, full-time role as your campaigns drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production & Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and publish high-converting short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showcasing our unique treatments.
• New Concept Positioning: Translate technical scalp-and-skin science into engaging, easy-to-understand visual content that educates and excites prospective clients.
• Social Media Management: Maintain an active, luxury aesthetic across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify, pitch, and coordinate partnerships with local Houston beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers.
• Campaign Tracking: Monitor engagement, booking conversions, and ROI to prove campaign success.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience specifically within high-end beauty, med-spas, aesthetics, or luxury wellness.
• Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience building and growing YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook channels.
