Social Media Marketing Associate

First Kick Academy™ is a new early-years soccer program in Austin for ages 18 months to 6, part of the UK Soccer School family. We have a strong brand: three animated adventure guides (Leo, Alba and Kamri), a theme song and a play-based curriculum. Now we need someone to show Austin families what a First Kick class actually feels like. This role is half storyteller and half coach. You’ll coach classes and capture them too.

Content (monthly retainer)

• Film and photograph classes: short vertical videos, behind-the-scenes clips, coach tips and parent moments
• Edit and post to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, about [3–4] posts a week
• Use our brand assets and characters
• Reply to comments and DMs and pass enrollment questions to our team
• Help with launch campaigns and short videos for paid ads (we run the ad budget)
• Share a short monthly recap: what posted, what performed, what to try next
• Canva account provided! Other creator tools can be provided also

Coaching (hourly)

• Lead or co-lead 45-minute classes for children aged 18 months–6, following our curriculum
• Saturday mornings plus some weekday classes, paid one hour per class

What we need

• A portfolio or social account that shows video content you’ve made (please link it - if you've not done any content creation before, but are confident in your ability, we'd still love to hear from you!)
• Experience working with children aged 2–6
• Comfortable filming and editing on a phone (CapCut, Canva or similar)
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willing to get certified
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation around Austin

Important

you’ll be filming young children. You must follow our photo-consent rules, which means only featuring kids whose parents have opted in, and never posting names or locations alongside them.

Pay

Negotiable per month retainer for content, plus $25–$30/hour for coaching.
