$20 to $24 an hour, plus monthly views bonus

About PawHaus

PawHaus is a dog-first luxury resort on Lake Livingston, opening January 2027. Mirror-glass cabins, a dog park, an indoor play area, grooming, and guests who travel with their dogs on purpose. The dogs aren't an add-on here. They're the point.

The job

We need someone on property every weekend, phone in hand, catching the moments that make people stop scrolling. A golden retriever's first time in the lake. A dachshund who refuses to leave the grooming table. A guest proposal where the dog brings the ring.

You'll own our short-form content from idea to post.

What you'll do

- Film, edit, and post short-form video for Instagram and TikTok, at least 4 finished videos a week

- Build recurring, character-driven series around the dogs, the team, and the property

- Pitch fresh ideas every week and test what works

- Capture guest moments and collect guest content (with permission)

- Help run influencer and creator stays

- Document our opening: the build, the team, and our first guests

What you won't do

- Paid ads, polished brand films, press, or guest messaging. Those are covered.

Schedule

- Thursday to Sunday, on site, about 8 hours a day

- Weekends required. That's when the dogs are here.

- Start date: December 1

Pay

- $20 to $24 an hour depending on experience

- $50 bonus for every video that beats our 30-day median views (up to $200 a month)

- Pay review at 6 months

- Comp stays and staff rates at our sister property, Cameron Ranch Glamping

You're a fit if

- You have short-form videos with real views you can show us

- You shoot and edit fast on your phone (CapCut or similar)

- You're great with dogs of every size and energy level

- You have reliable transportation. We're in the country.

- Bonus points if you're comfortable on camera
