Social Media Manager

Naya Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Austin entering an exciting new chapter. As we launch our new brand and move into a larger studio, we're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and grow Naya's social presence.

This is a hands-on strategy and content role. You'll own Naya's organic social strategy from concept through execution, including content planning, filming, editing, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.

We're looking for someone who can do more than just post content. You should be able to understand our brand and business goals, develop a clear point of view for how Naya should show up online, and independently turn that strategy into content that builds awareness, community, and growth.

You'll work closely with Naya's founders while having meaningful ownership over the day-to-day direction of our social presence.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Growth

• Develop and manage Naya's organic social media strategy, with a focus on growing brand awareness and reaching new audiences in Austin
• Plan content and campaigns around studio happenings, events, partnerships, launches, and other key moments
• Stay current on social trends and proactively bring forward new ideas and opportunities that align with the Naya brand

Content Creation

• Plan, capture, and create engaging photo and video content for Naya's social channels
• Film and edit short-form content, including Reels, Stories, and feed posts
• Capture content at the studio and select classes, events, pop-ups, and partnerships
• Write captions and create content that reflects Naya's brand voice and visual identity
• Maintain an organized library of photo and video content

Social Media Management

• Own Naya's social content calendar, including scheduling and publishing content
• Manage Naya's day-to-day organic social presence and engage with our online community
