CircleHub is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to help grow brand awareness, strengthen online engagement, and support digital community growth across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for managing social media content, monitoring engagement, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping communicate CircleHub’s mission around digital trust, authentic connection, and safer online experiences.

The ideal candidate understands social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and current digital trends. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a professional and consistent brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CircleHub social media accounts across major platforms
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
• Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
• Support brand awareness and audience growth initiatives
• Track engagement metrics and performance trends
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on promotional campaigns
• Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Help identify partnership, creator, and community engagement opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, organizations, or businesses
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Understanding of audience engagement and social media analytics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content tools is a plus
• Marketing, communications, or digital media experience preferred
