Buildings and Food is a growing Cleveland hospitality group with multiple restaurants and bars, each with its own personality, audience, and identity. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who is organized, creative, proactive, and genuinely enjoys creating and engaging with social media.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that great social media is more than just posting. You’ll be responsible for keeping our brands active, organized, engaging, and connected to their communities while working closely with our marketing and creative teams.

You’ll manage social media for multiple brands, so the ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and understand different brand voices is essential.

What You’ll Do

Content Planning & Publishing

• Build and maintain organized social media calendars for assigned brands.
• Schedule social content for internal review.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram and Facebook.
• Post daily Instagram Stories that keep each account active, relevant, and engaging.
• Identify content gaps and communicate what additional content is needed.
• Coordinate time-sensitive content, event coverage, reels, and other posts that cannot be scheduled in advance.

Reputation & Business Listings

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Google Business Profiles and Apple Business Connect listings.
• Update holiday hours, temporary closures, promotions, and other relevant information as needed.
• Conduct a monthly audit of Google, Yelp, and other key listings to ensure hours, menus, contact information, and business details are accurate.
• Upload fresh photos to Google Business Profile and Yelp each month.

Marketing & Creative Coordination

• Attend marketing meetings and provide updates on social performance, upcoming campaigns, content needs, and opportunities.
