Social Media Manager

Schedule: Mon- Fri Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across the America First Credit Union brand, products and services.

* Lead the development of organization-wide social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement for social media

* Development and implement creative content, engagement and measurement strategies for the America First social media channels.

* Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

* Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.)

* Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success.

* Mentor and provide training to communication and management professionals throughout the organization on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for social networks.

* Work with all levels of management to explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns.

* Apply marketing research and development methods to learn and understand emerging trends and technologies and to communicate this knowledge clearly and concisely.

* Oversee paid social media strategy and budgeting

* Maintain appropriate audit and risk management documentation for all social media actitivies

Qualifications: * Four year degree required in Marketing, Public Relations, or similar.

* 5+ years experience in social media advertising, communications or marketing.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong technical background with advanced computer skills.

* Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

* A solid understanding of ethical search engine optimization techniques.
