Social Media Content Specialist

Position Summary

The Social Media Content Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing creative visual and digital content across all of Fromm Nieman Brands including; Fromm Family Pet Food, Foxtown Brewing, Foxtown Heritage Meats, Foxtown Station, Annex, and Renard's. This role combines graphic design expertise with social media content creation, brand storytelling, and digital marketing execution.

As a key member of the Marketing team, this individual will ensure all visual and written content aligns with established brand standards while engaging target audiences across print, digital, social media, and public-facing channels. The ideal candidate is a highly creative self-starter who can manage multiple projects, create compelling content, and bring brand stories to life through design, photography, video, and social media.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Management

• Design and produce creative assets for Fromm Nieman Brands across print and digital platforms.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand standards and maintains consistency across locations and channels.
• Develop and produce menus, packaging, signage, promotional materials, event collateral, sponsorship materials, digital displays, and marketing campaigns.
• Create original artwork and illustrations for product packaging, merchandise, and other brand applications.
• Design wayfinding systems, environmental graphics, and venue signage across multiple hospitality locations.
• Manage recurring content production cycles including monthly promotions, event calendars, weekly digital display updates, and other time-sensitive materials.
• Oversee print production from file preparation through vendor communication, proofing, and press approvals.
• Maintain a clear understanding of project objectives from concept through final production.
