The Role

We are seeking a creative, savvy Social Media & Content Creator Intern to join our marketing team. This role is strictly focused on social media strategy and content production. You will be instrumental in helping us grow our footprint on TikTok and Instagram Reels, bringing our "downtown aesthetic" to life through engaging, educational, and high-energy video content.This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury eyewear space, utilizing AI tools, production workflows, and social media analytics to drive brand growth.

What You’ll Do

• Content Production: Produce, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels & TikToks). This includes “Get Ready With Me” (GRWM) videos, “Come with me” store experiences, unboxing/ASMR-style clips, and educational product demos.
• Strategy & Trend Research: Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt them to the Illesteva brand voice. Research eyewear fashion trends and use AI tools (such as ChatGPT/Claude) to brainstorm campaign copy, video scripts, and newsletter content.
• Visual Styling: Assist in prop sourcing, product styling for photoshoots, and set coordination.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social platforms for opportunities to spark conversations around the brand, assist in managing the "social media calendar," and support content distribution workflows.
• Trend Execution: Develop creative ideas to showcase our key frame styles in a way that feels organic and shareable.
