We are a nonprofit wellness organization dedicated to helping people improve their mental and emotional well-being through FREE online meditations, mindfulness practices, and inspiring wellness content.

We have a growing library of meaningful, high-quality content, and our goal is to reach many more people who could benefit from these free resources.

We are looking for a creative, motivated college student who understands social media and is excited about using digital platforms to grow an online community around mindfulness and mental wellness.

This is a wonderful opportunity to use your social media skills for a cause that makes a difference.

What You'll Do

• Identify social media trends, topics, and opportunities that can help us reach new audiences
• Adapt our existing content for different social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging platforms
• Research hashtags, keywords, trends, and audience interests
• Help develop creative ideas for posts, videos, reels, and other engaging content
• Monitor social media engagement and analytics and help identify what is working
• Help increase followers, engagement, and participation in our free programs
• Experiment with new ideas, formats, and platforms
• Help us build an authentic, positive online community focused on mindfulness and mental wellness
• Bring fresh ideas and a college-student perspective to our social media strategy

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in social media, digital communities, wellness, or mental health
• Strong familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• An understanding of what makes social media content engaging and shareable
