New Home Star is seeking a Sales Assistant with a focus on social media marketing to partner with Maronda Homes inSouthWest Florida. No previous real estate experience is required. What You’ll Do

Create and publish social media photos, videos, and tours showcasing homes and communities to attract buyers and generate leads.

Coordinate content with the sales team, follow brand standards, and track engagement and inquiries.

Welcome model home visitors and collect guest information to support follow up.

Assist with calls, emails, reports, and documents.

Support community events, flyer distribution, and signage placement.

Keep the model home clean, organized, and ready for showings.

What We’re Looking For

Availability

Ability to work 20-30 hours per week, including weekdays and some weekends. Flexibility is key in a fast moving market.

Social Media Skills

Confidence creating engaging posts, taking quality photos, and filming and editing short videos. Experience using social media to promote a business, product, or community is strongly preferred.

Experience

One to two years of experience in social media, marketing, an administrative role, or a customer facing setting is a plus. Previous real estate experience is not required.

Skills

Excellent communication, relationship building, and adaptability. A creative eye, initiative, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management.

Tech Savvy

Comfortable using social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva and basic video editing apps, along with (Specific tech tools, i.e. CRM, Microsoft or Google Workspace).

Education

High school diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred.

Other

Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle.

What You’ll Earn

This is a part time position, averaging 20 to 30 hours per week, with an hourly pay of $20.
