Social Media Creator & Community Host

About the Role

United States — fully remote (any U.S. state). This is a paid, 14-day pilot.

Xenios Health is building an engaging content and community program around health education, fitness, technology, personal progress and shared interests. We’re looking for an experienced social media creator who can hold attention on camera, understand why content performs and help people feel welcome in a growing community.

This is a hands-on role spanning livestream presentation, short-form storytelling, audience interaction and Discord community building. You will collaborate with Samuel, Lawrence and another host to develop a recognizable voice, improve content from real feedback and create a community people want to return to.

Our initial live platforms are YouTube and TikTok where account and content eligibility permit. Educational topics may include reviewed research on BPC-157, TB-500 and the “Wolverine” label. We expect careful communication, clear sponsorship disclosures and honest treatment of uncertainty. This role does not include individualized medical advice or product sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead one engaging 60-minute livestream every day of the pilot, including weekends, using a prepared run of show.
• Moderate the other host’s session and help turn audience questions into useful, respectful conversation.
• Develop hooks, recurring segments, discussion prompts, captions and visual ideas that suit each platform.
• Produce two or three polished short-form clips per week within agreed paid hours, using approved footage, captions and appropriately licensed assets.
• Adapt content for TikTok, Reels and Shorts while preserving context, accuracy and the brand’s visual style.
• Welcome members into Discord, encourage voluntary interest groups, run simple polls and recognize meaningful member contributions.
• Help prepare approved assets for creator or affiliate collaborations, coordinate deliverables and maintain a reliable content calendar.
• Review performance, identify successful formats and propose one focused creative experiment at a time.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience creating and managing social media content, demonstrated through public work and specific results.
• Prior livestream or extended on-camera hosting experience, with confidence managing questions, pacing and unexpected moments.
• Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, plus the differences between discovery content and live audience retention.
• Strong short-form editing, captioning and visual storytelling using CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
• Evidence of authentic audience engagement, community development or measurable improvement in a brand’s content performance.
• Experience with content calendars, platform analytics, brand collaborations and stakeholder feedback.
• Familiarity with Discord or a comparable online community platform, including moderation and welcoming new members.
• Clear audio, stable video, good lighting, reliable internet and a professional on-camera environment.
• Good judgment, respectful communication, dependable delivery and the ability to work from reviewed health information.

Schedule and Compensation

Pay is $30 per hour for 52 paid hours ($1,560 total). Live dates are November 9–22, 2026, including weekends.

The paid scope is three prelaunch training/rehearsal hours plus 3.5 hours daily for 14 consecutive live days: one hour hosting, one hour cross-moderating, one hour preparation/content work and 30 minutes for recaps/community follow-through. Clip production and reporting fit within those hours; additional work requires agreement.

Live windows are noon-1 p.m. and 6-7 p.m. Central. Both hosts cover both windows. Tell us your availability for the full pilot, including weekends.
