Nokomis Chiropractic & Wellness is an award-winning Minneapolis chiropractic clinic with more than 35 years of experience helping patients improve their health and well-being.

We also operate Nokomis Massage and Wellness, which is looking to expand its branding, website presence, social media, and marketing programs.

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing & Content Creation Specialist for an initial 90-day paid position focused on completing a variety of marketing projects for both businesses.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the business owner and develop professional marketing materials that will actually be used.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

• Design patient education brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Develop consistent branding and marketing materials for both businesses.
• Create educational graphics explaining chiropractic, massage therapy, and wellness services.
• Assist with clinic signage, displays, and promotional campaigns.

Video Production & Content Creation

• Edit educational and promotional videos.
• Create short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Add captions, graphics, and professional branding to videos.
• Help organize and coordinate a professional photography and video production day.
• Repurpose existing videos and photographs into engaging marketing content.

Social Media Marketing

• Develop and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts.
• Create educational and promotional social media content.
• Help build the online presence of both businesses.
• Assist with patient testimonials, online reviews, and marketing campaigns.

Website & Digital Marketing

• Prepare written and visual content for website updates.
• Coordinate with our existing professional website marketing company.
• Help develop branding, website content, and marketing materials for Nokomis Massage and Wellness.
• Organize digital marketing assets, photographs, and videos.

Marketing Project Coordination

• Work directly with the business owner to prioritize and complete marketing projects.
• Develop a marketing calendar and track project progress.
• Organize marketing materials and creative assets.
• Help establish systems for consistent marketing and content production.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable turning ideas into finished projects.

Preferred skills include

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software.
• Graphic design and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and digital marketing.
• Experience creating short-form social media content.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing and content creation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Students completing degrees in marketing, communications, graphic design, digital media, or related fields are also welcome.

A college degree is not required. We value creativity, practical skills, initiative, and demonstrated ability.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay

$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.

Primarily on-site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility for remote work.

Initial 90-day temporary position.

Depending on business needs, project completion, and performance, there may be opportunities for continued part-time employment. Continued employment is not guaranteed.
