Social Media Coordinator

Flexible opportunity for social, outgoing people who enjoy meeting new people and are comfortable using Instagram, Bumble BFF, and other outreach methods. Strong Brand Ambassadors can earn $600–$850+ per month with around 15–20 hours of outreach per month.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Tribe is a social platform designed to help people meet new people and discover their city through small, hosted experiences around Los Angeles.

We’re looking for outgoing, resourceful Brand Ambassadors to help us grow the Tribe community by actively finding, reaching out to, and bringing new people into Tribe.

This role is especially well suited for current college students and recent graduates in Los Angeles, including students at UCLA, USC, SMC, LMU, and other local schools, who are social, well-connected, and looking for a flexible way to earn money on their own schedule.

THE ROLE

Your primary goal is simple: bring new, qualified members into Tribe.

You’ll have flexibility in how you recruit, including:

• Instagram outreach
• Bumble BFF
• Social media
• Other creative outreach methods

You are expected to work toward a baseline of 10 qualified members per month.

A qualified member is someone you recruit who creates a Tribe account and attends their first Tribe gathering.

COMPENSATION

This is a performance-based independent contractor role.

You’ll earn $15 for every qualified member you recruit.

Monthly Earnings + Performance Bonuses

• 10 qualified members: $150
• 20 qualified members: $300 base + $100 bonus = $400
• 30 qualified members: $450 base + $150 bonus = $600
• 40 qualified members: $600 base + $250 bonus = $850
• 50 qualified members: $750 base + $400 bonus = $1,150

We expect most active Brand Ambassadors to spend around 15 hours per month recruiting, with monthly earnings typically ranging from $600–$850 depending on performance.
