Where You Come In

We are seeking an innovative and strategic thinker with a genuine passion for connecting families in need with high-quality home care. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying, building, and maintaining key relationships within the San Diego community, facilitating seamless access to home care, and promoting awareness of our services.

By staying informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitors, you will provide thoughtful, data-driven recommendations to the Director to help our organization maintain its competitive edge.

Before and after your field visits, you will work remotely from your home office to manage administrative tasks, digital marketing efforts, and client communications. You will serve as a supportive resource for clients and their families—providing clear information regarding our care services, and addressing their questions and concerns with deep empathy, compassion, and dignity.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Competitive annual W2 base salary (commensurate with experience).
• Performance Bonus: Eligible for our quarterly performance-based incentive program tied directly to territory referral growth objectives and digital marketing consistency milestones.
• Travel Reimbursement: Standard vehicle/mileage allowance provided for mandatory field travel throughout San Diego County.
