Beau Monde MMG is a growing social media marketing agency specializing in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and dental industries, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and reliable Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves social media and can help take content from idea to execution. You’ll work directly alongside the founder to support our client accounts, keep content moving, and step in wherever execution support is needed each week.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content, including Instagram Reels and TikToks
• Create on-brand graphics, carousels, flyers, and social media assets
• Schedule and publish content across client social platforms
• Assist with caption writing and content preparation
• Engage with client audiences through likes, comments, and other community engagement
• Help organize and maintain weekly content calendars
• Set up and organize client feeds for upcoming weeks
• Make content revisions as needed
• Attend scheduled team and client meetings
• Assist with weekly client deliverables and deadlines
• Work alongside the founder to complete outstanding tasks and ensure client accounts stay on schedule
• Maintain consistency with each client’s individual branding, voice, and aesthetic

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics
• Very familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends
• Comfortable editing short-form video
• Experienced with Canva
• Organized and able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
• Reliable, responsive, and communicative
• Able to take direction while also working independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing agency environment
• Detail-oriented and able to switch between different brand aesthetics
• Available to attend scheduled meetings with the founder/team
