Social Media Content Creator

Looking for a local content creator who is open to coming into the office, in Chantilly, VA off of Route 50. 1x/month and creating social media content for that month. We will come up with topics and collect testimonials or patient success stories.

I want to see work you have done for other medical clinics or businesses. I would also be open to pay for a month's worth of work, to see what you can come up with before moving forward. 6 posts/week is my goal.

ROLE OVERVIEW & MISSION

Own the clinic's organic social media presence and make Dr. Fisher at NoVa Neuro Brain Center the most famous, trusted name in our local area. You will run a full, system-driven content operation across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts designed to generate local fame, grow and engage a local following, and convert that attention into booked appointments through chat-based selling — all tracked against clear KPIs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, optimized for local reach and short-form video.
• Build and maintain a content calendar; batch-produce posts, Reels/Shorts, Stories, and carousels — coordinating with video/design VAs or producing them yourself in Canva and CapCut.
• Grow followers and engagement within the clinic's local geographic area, focused on attracting potential patients rather than vanity followers.
• Sell by chat (DM sales): engage every inbound DM and comment, qualify interest, answer questions, and guide prospects to book an appointment using approved scripts — then hand warm leads to the follow-up/CRM system.
• Track all the statistics: post performance, reach, engagement, follower growth, DM conversations DM-to-booking rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and all standard digital-marketing KPIs.
• Operate the auto-poster/scheduler (Metricool or GoHighLevel): connect accounts, bulk-schedule content, and use the platform's analytics and reports.
