Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help manage and elevate our digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the beauty industry and a knack for understanding brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and curate visually appealing content for Addendum Hair’s social media platforms, primarily Instagram.
• Edit videos and photos to produce engaging and on-brand visuals.
• Conduct research to identify current social media trends, especially in the beauty industry.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with team members to align social media efforts with brand goals.
• Independently create content with minimal direction, staying true to the Addendum Hair brand image.
• Proactively provide creative ideas and strategies to grow audience reach and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in video and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Instagram and its features, including Reels, Stories, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay updated on trends.
• Ability to work independently while managing time and deadlines effectively.
• Previous experience managing social media accounts or creating branded content is a plus.
