We work exclusively with acting coaches, acting schools, and performers-turned-entrepreneurs. If you've spent real time around actors (self-tapes, castings, headshots, a black box theater, a green room), you'll feel at home here. You don't need to be an actor yourself, but you should already speak the language, or be genuinely pulled toward this world.

CMM is video-first, so this starts with real comfort in short-form video. You already know how to turn raw footage into something with a strong hook, decent pacing, and clean captions. That part isn't something we're set up to teach from scratch. Everything else, our clients, our systems, and eventually running an account on your own, is exactly what you'll grow into here.

Compensation: $2,050 to $2,150 per month once fully ramped across all three accounts, phased in as you onboard each one.

This is a hands-on content role first, with real ownership of the workflow around that content, not just coordinating other people or waiting for work to be handed to you. You'll build content plans, write captions and hooks, create graphics, edit short-form video, direct heavier edits, schedule posts, and manage the moving pieces: client requests, deadlines, approvals, editor handoffs, publishing QA, reporting, and day-to-day communication.

How Strategy Works

Our team lead owns the high-level monthly client calls. Your job is to take that meeting details and own what happens next: a clear monthly content plan, content requests for the client, hooks, talking points, captions, stories, polls, CTAs, and graphics, video concepts and edits you can execute yourself, editing direction for heavier videos handled by another editor, a realistic production and approval schedule, and the follow-ups and future ideas that need to be captured.
