Social Media & Content Assistant — Fashion/Lifestyle Creator

I am seeking a creative, highly organized, proactive Social Media & Content Assistant to help manage and grow my personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms.

My content focuses primarily on fashion, beauty, luxury lifestyle, travel, and New York City life. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for fashion and aesthetics, understands current social media trends, is comfortable filming content, and can turn everyday moments into engaging social content.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with me to plan, film, edit, organize, publish, and analyze content while helping develop a consistent and recognizable personal brand.

Responsibilities include

• Help create and execute a weekly and monthly social media content calendar
• Film high-quality vertical content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and other platforms
• Assist with filming GRWMs, outfit videos, styling content, shopping content, beauty routines, NYC lifestyle content, travel content, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, music, text, transitions, and captions
• Repurpose content appropriately across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Facebook
• Research current fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury and social media trends
• Research trending sounds, formats, hooks and content concepts
• Develop original content ideas that fit my personal brand rather than simply copying trends
• Create shot lists and content plans before filming days
• Help select the strongest photos and videos for posting
• Organize raw footage, photographs and finished content
• Maintain an organized content library so older content can easily be reused
• Draft captions, hooks, on-screen text and post copy
• Schedule and publish approved content
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms
