Social Media and Marketing Manager

WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR & MARKETING MANAGER

Are you creative, confident with social media, and always thinking of your next great piece of content? We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator/Marketing Manager to join our team!

Please note that this is an in-person position at our facility in Goldfield, Iowa. We are not considering remote candidates at this time.

What you’ll do

• Create engaging photos, videos, Reels, and other social content
• Develop fresh content ideas that showcase our company, people, products, and services
• Help manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Stay current with social media trends and turn them into relevant content
• Write engaging captions and help maintain a consistent brand voice
• Capture and edit content for promotions, projects, events, and day-to-day company activities
• Track content performance and help identify what resonates with our audience

We’re looking for someone who is

• Creative and full of ideas
• Comfortable taking photos and shooting/editing short-form video
• Familiar with major social media platforms and current trends
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
• A strong communicator with attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with our team

Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus.
