About Us

Precise Chiropractic Center is a 20+ year chiropractic clinic. Our team of doctors and rehab specialists help patients get relief from back, neck, and disc problems with advanced non-surgical care, including spinal decompression, SoftWave, and laser therapy. We’re a growing practice with a busy community-outreach calendar, and we want someone creative to help tell our patients’ stories and bring fresh ideas that get us seen by more people in our community.

The Role

As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you’ll help keep our content pipeline full and our social channels active. Our doctors already film regular videos, and our team always has ideas. We want you to add to that by spotting what’s trending, pitching ideas that will perform, and turning them into content. You’ll meet weekly with management to help plan ideas and keep everyone on track to get them into our video editing vendor’s platform. You’ll also make sure the vendor has the clips and materials it needs to stay on schedule. You’ll write the copy for every post, tailored to each platform, and get it approved before it goes live. You’ll also design print materials for events and workshops. If you’re creative, always scrolling for what’s next, and like keeping lots of moving pieces organized, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

*Content Ideas & Trends*

• Watch social media trends, sounds, and formats, and pitch ideas that fit our practice and are likely to perform well
• Work alongside ideas from our doctors and team to keep a balanced mix of educational, patient-story, behind-the-scenes, and trend-based content
• Watch what’s working for other healthcare and local businesses and suggest new ways to grow our exposure and engagement
• Maintain a monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other platforms

*Copywriting & Platform Optimization*

• Write the copy for every post on every platform: captions, hooks, hashtags, calls to action, video titles, and descriptions
• Tailor each post to each platform’s best practices, including caption length, video length and format, hashtags and keywords, thumbnails, and posting times
• Submit all copy at the weekly meeting before scheduling for future dates.
• Keep every piece of content consistent with Precise Chiropractic’s brand colors, logo use, and voice

*Design, Engagement & Reporting*

• Design and/or assist with print materials for event marketing, such as flyers, posters, rack cards, banners, and handouts for workshops, spinal screenings, and community events
• Respond (with team assistance) to comments and messages promptly and send patient inquiries to the front desk
• Track engagement and reach, and share simple monthly reports with ideas for improvement
• Support event promotion before, during, and after each event

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience creating or managing social media content for a business, brand, or organization (healthcare, wellness, or local business experience is a plus; strong personal or freelance portfolios welcome)
• Creative and trend-aware, with a natural sense for what will catch attention on each platform
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format for each platform
• Familiar with each platform’s content specs and best practices
• Comfortable shooting photos and video on a smartphone (video editing not required)
• Skilled with graphic design tools for social and print
• Highly organized and dependable with deadlines
• Open to feedback and comfortable working through an approval process
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working around patients
• Understands patient privacy (HIPAA training provided)
• Portfolio or examples of past social media and/or print work required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
