Digital Law Marketing is a full-service digital marketing agency working exclusively with law firms across the United States. Search is changing faster than it has in fifteen years, from ranked links to AI-generated answers and our clients compete in some of the most expensive, most contested markets online. We need someone who can take a book of law firm accounts and run them.

The Job in One Sentence

We hand you a set of law firm clients, the logins, and the data, and you tell us what is wrong and drive the fix through.

There is no strategist above you writing your task list. You set the direction on your accounts. If that sounds like a problem, this is not the job. If it sounds like the role you have been trying to get for three years, keep reading.

Where Your Authority Sits

You own the diagnosis and the plan. You decide what is broken, what order it gets fixed in, and what we are doing next quarter on every account you carry. Nobody assigns you that, and nobody is going to ask you why you have not started.

What you do not own is the client relationship or content production. Client communication runs through an account manager. Content changes are specced by you, written by our content team, and sent to the client by a project manager for approval — and on law firm sites, major content changes always require firm sign-off. It is a regulated profession with real liability.

Which means the thing we are actually hiring for is this: you have to be able to sell an idea you will not be in the room to defend. Your recommendations get carried into the client meeting by someone who is not an SEO. If your reasoning only holds up when you are there to explain it, it dies in the queue.
