About This Role

We're looking for an SEO Manager to take ownership of one of the most important parts of our digital growth: being found.

At Amelia HQ, SEO goes way beyond rankings and traffic. We’re building visibility across Google, Bing, and the rapidly shifting world of AI search. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own our search strategy, not just run through a checklist of SEO tasks. You’ll set the strategy, use modern AI tools to streamline content and research, and work alongside our Web, Data, Brand, Creative, Paid Search, Email, and Social Media teams to drive real growth.

You don’t need to know everything about where search is going. Nobody does. But you should be curious, analytical, willing to experiment, and excited to figure it out with us. You’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas, shape our search footprint, and see the direct impact of your work across our practices.
