Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Program Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and ROI for our clients. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

• Solutions Architecture Understanding & Technical Storytelling: Gain a deep understanding of Netsertive's product architecture, technical capabilities, and integration points. Translate complex technical features into clear, concise, and benefit-oriented language for various audiences (technical and non-technical). Act as a subject matter expert, supporting sales calls, client presentations, and industry events by strongly articulating the technical value and solutions our products provide.
• Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the execution, performance tracking, and optimization of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and goal achievement.
