Senior Regional Marketer

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Regional Marketer is a key member of the Marketing organization and is responsible for driving successful execution of Rigel's oncology portfolio strategy. This role will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and commercialization of VEPPANU (vepdegestrant), while providing appropriate lifecycle marketing support for TAVALISSE (fostamatinib), REZLIDHIA (olutasidenib), GAVRETO (pralsetinib), and future oncology assets.

Working in close partnership with Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other cross-functional partners, the Senior Regional Marketer translates national strategy into regional execution. Through deep customer engagement, KOL partnership, actionable insight generation, and execution of peer-to-peer education and regional marketing initiatives, this individual helps optimize launch performance, strengthen customer advocacy, and inform ongoing commercial strategy.

This highly visible role requires exceptional oncology commercial expertise, strong matrix leadership, and the ability to influence without authority across a broad cross-functional organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer & KOL Leadership

• Develop and maintain deep relationships with regional and national academic and community Key Opinion Leaders, treatment influencers, and strategic accounts.
• Continuously assess regional treatment dynamics, competitive landscape, customer needs, and evolving market opportunities.
• Identify, cultivate, and strengthen advocacy for Rigel's oncology portfolio, with primary emphasis on VEPPANU.

Lead regional advisory boards and customer insight initiatives that directly inform commercial strategy.

Launch Excellence
