To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Senior Professional, Product Marketing Strategy to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for Humana’s owned insurance brokerage business.

You will drive the marketing strategy, leading marketing intake from the assigned line of business, and help ensure consistency, cohesion, and strategic alignment across marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to be the originator of a newly developed role, molding and shaping it into its highest potential. This role will report to the Director of Portfolio & Product Marketing Strategy.Role Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of marketing strategies by partnering with business partners to translate objectives, opportunities and challenges into consumer insight-driven strategy that increases engagement, retention and sustainable growth.
• Support the development and refinement of annual marketing planning, intake briefs, marketing briefs, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and strategic recommendations that align priorities and strengthen brand equity.
• Partner with the Insights team to identify research opportunities, translate findings into actionable consumer insights, and inform messaging frameworks and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the Brand Strategy team to ensure marketing initiatives clearly reflect and reinforce brand positioning from intake through execution.
• Partner with Customer Life Cycle Marketing, Analytics, Creative & Content, and cross-functional agile teams, empowering them to translate strategy into effective go
