About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build eBacon's product marketing function and guide new products and features from development all the way to market success. This is the first product marketing role at eBacon. You'll work with product, sales, marketing, and operations so every release launches smoothly, is positioned well, and has the support it needs to grow.
This is a hands-on role. One day you might run a customer demo, the next you might build a performance scorecard or shape a new landing page. You'll also be the voice of the customer after launch, reporting what's working, what isn't, and what customers are asking for next.
We're an AI-forward team, and we expect this person to be too. You'll use AI tools every day to move faster on launch content, sales enablement, and customer research.
What You'll Own First
We have a pipeline of new features ready for release. Your first priority is getting them to market: building the rollout plan for each feature, preparing clients for what's coming, and training sales, support, and operations teams so they're ready on day one. Along the way, you'll turn that work into a repeatable launch process for every release that follows.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch and Go-to-Market
* Take products and features from development through sales, marketing, and operational rollout, making sure each team is ready at launch. * Build eBacon's launch process and go-to-market plans, including timelines, messaging, positioning, and launch checklists. * Coordinate with operations and support so processes, documentation, and training are in place before release.
Sales Enablement and Demos
* Deliver product demos to prospects, customers, and internal teams. * Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, FAQs, and objection-handling guides. * Train sales and customer-facing teams on new releases and how to position them.
Web and Marketing Content
* Help build and improve product webpages and landing pages, including copy, structure, and calls to action. * Work with design, content, and web teams on campaigns, emails, and other launch materials. * Keep product messaging clear and consistent across all channels.
Performance Tracking and Scorecards
* Build scorecards and dashboards that track adoption, revenue impact, pipeline, and engagement for each release. * Define success metrics before launch and measure results against them. * Find trends, gaps, and opportunities in the data.
Customer Insights and Feedback
* Collect customer feedback and ideas after launch through interviews, surveys, sales conversations, and support data. * Report regularly to leadership and cross-functional teams on what's working, what isn't, and what to do next. * Partner with the product team to turn customer insights and feature requests into roadmap input.
Using AI in Your Work
* Use AI tools to speed up launch content, including webpage copy, sales materials, emails, and launch messaging, while keeping quality and brand voice high. * Apply AI to analyze customer feedback, survey responses, and sales call transcripts to find themes and insights faster. * Use AI for competitive research, market analysis, and building scorecards and reports.
Qualifications
Required
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related go-to-market role. * Experience building a product marketing function or launch process from scratch. * B2B marketing experience. * A track record of launching products or features across multiple departments. * Confidence delivering product demos and presenting to customers and stakeholders. * Strong writing skills and the ability to turn technical features into clear customer benefits. * Experience building reports or scorecards and making recommendations from data. * Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., HubSpot). * Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in daily marketing or product work, with examples of how they improved your results or efficiency. * The judgment to know when AI output needs human review, editing, or fact-checking. * Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Preferred
* Experience in payroll, HCM, or construction technology. * Working knowledge of CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics). * Familiarity with AI features in marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot AI). * Background in customer research or voice-of-customer programs. * Basic understanding of SEO and conversion optimization.
What Success Looks Like
* The current feature pipeline reaches clients and internal teams on time, with the right materials and training. * A repeatable launch process is in place for every future release. * Sales teams feel confident selling new releases. * Leadership has clear, regular visibility into each product's performance. * Customer feedback reliably shapes what gets built next.
We also have excellent benefits
* Monthly health allowance you direct toward the coverage that works for you — medical, dental, vision, life, and more * 401(k) with up to 6% employer match * Performance-based bonus eligibility
**All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon the ability to provide documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the U.S. in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
