Position Overview

DrFirst has a functioning marketing team. Communications, PR, content, and design are in place. What is missing is the strategic center of gravity that makes all of it commercially sharp.

The Product Marketing Manager owns the story. You sit at the intersection of Product, Analytics, and the commercial organization, translating what DrFirst builds into precise messaging that Sales uses to win, Client Success uses to retain, and the marketing team executes against. You are embedded in the product development cycle, not downstream of it.

This role requires both strategic depth and feature-level fluency. You must understand DrFirst's products well enough to write a demo script, train a sales rep on a new release, and articulate the Patient vs. Provider positioning distinction to a C-suite audience, often in the same week.
