About the Role

Happen Bank is looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a background in financial services to help shape how our new lending products and experiences are positioned, launched, and adopted. You'll bring hands-on experience launching new products across marketing channels, turning customer insights into positioning and messaging that drive business growth and member engagement. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure our products are differentiated, understood, and delivered through clear, trusted, and effective customer experiences.What You'll Do ------------------

• Develop product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and segmentation strategies that support business growth and member engagement
• Take new products and features from 0 to 1, from market sizing through go-to-market execution and launch
• Partner with Analytics to define success metrics ahead of launch and track performance against them post-launch
• Plan and execute paid and lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across new lending products
• Partner with Business, Product, Analytics, Research, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing to bring customer-informed strategies to market
