Senior Marketing Sales Consultant

Summary

The primary role of the Senior Marketing Sales Consultant (SMSC) is to increase digital marketing services (DMS) revenues on behalf of the company by achieving or exceeding revenue objectives.

The primary focus is to develop new business sales through prospecting and relationship building. You will be working with SMBs to determine the right omnichannel marketing mix to create solutions that will satisfy customer needs and deliver a solid return on investment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory, including identifying new business.

The SMSC must be able to perform a comprehensive needs analysis and proposal development to offer strategic solutions of digital marketing options that will enable clients to meet their marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently meet/exceed all revenue targets.
• Develop and demonstrate expert knowledge and understanding of the DMS product offerings and be able to effectively transfer knowledge to clients.
• Engage and strategize with advertising clients to demonstrate value proposition and how we can assist them in meeting their marketing objectives through a variety of digital mediums.
• Drive customer retention through responsiveness, delivering value, and excellent customer service.
• Develop new business by understanding customer needs and selling products and services that provide value to the customer.

· Understand and supply clients’ online performance reports and dashboards to ensure that we meet and exceed performance goals as established at the launch of a campaign.

• Collaborate with fellow sales representatives to support and grow DMS sales opportunities.
• Follow Keene Sentinel prescribed best practices on sales pipeline management and gap analysis and complete all required sales process activities.
• Regularly engage in-person with customers.
