As part of the Marketing Activation team in the Global Marketing Group, the Senior Marketing Coordinator, Media & Conferences works on any and all marketing initiatives supporting the Vice President of Marketing and the Marketing Director of Events, while collaborating across departments and divisions to help grow Pollstar subscriptions and our full portfolio of conferences and events, including properties outside the Pollstar brand. This role works closely with our editorial, events, global partnerships, and communications departments, as well as other Oak View Group (OVG) properties.

This role pays an hourly rate of $30.00-$36.00 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until October 30, 2026. Responsibilities: * Assist with building and activating marketing campaigns for all events and activations * Support marketing execution across our full event and conference portfolio, including Pollstar Live!, VenuesNow Conference, Secure Venues Summit, and other events as assigned * Support email marketing for conferences, including updating marketing lists, updating and approving content, pulling data from email campaigns, and running A/B tests as needed * Maintain conference websites, including updating the speaker page with bios and headshots, keeping the schedule current, and
