About the RoleBluebird Mountain Sports is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team for the 2026/2027 ski season. This is a seasonal position with the potential to grow into a full-time, year-round role. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key part in driving retail sales and supporting our online store operations across all Bluebird locations.Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with rental reservations, answering questions and guiding them toward retail purchases to drive in-store sales
• Support and manage customer orders through the Bluebird Mountain Sports online store
• Develop and execute social media content and campaigns to promote products, events, and seasonal offerings
• Create marketing materials and communications that align with the Bluebird brand
• Collaborate with store managers across all locations to identify sales opportunities and promotional strategies
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
• Assist with email marketing, website updates, and other digital marketing efforts
• Photo and video editing for e-commerce and marketing materials
• Help plan and promote pre-season and in-season events

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated social media management experience (content creation, scheduling, analytics)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to turn inquiries into sales opportunities
• Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and online order management
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects across several locations
• Ski product knowledge is a plus
• Skiing/snowboarding experience is a plus
• Passion for the outdoors and winter sports is a plus
