As a Senior Data Analyst on the Marketing Channel Insights team, you will tackle complex marketing data challenges and generate actionable insights that improve the effectiveness of owned marketing channels (Email, SMS, Direct Mail, App). This role plays a key part in evaluating channel performance, measuring campaign impact, and informing data-driven decisions that improve customer engagement and marketing outcomes. * This position is fully remote * This role is an Individual Contributor position

A day in the life as a Senior Data Analyst...

• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of owned marketing channel performance, including email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and in-app messaging
• Develop dashboards and interactive visualizations that communicate marketing performance insights to stakeholders
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments, applying statistical methods to rigorously measure impact, ROI, and lift
• Maintain technical proficiency by writing advanced SQL queries and utilizing Python or R for deep analysis
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations that support marketing and customer engagement decisions
